The hotel was great. It was directly across from the beach and a short walk into town. The room was adequate. The decor was charming. It had all the essentials. It's definitely not brand new or modernly designed. Parking is on site. There's a small convenience store and bagel shop/deli below.

Loved that the hotel was convenient and attractive, bright decor in the rooms. One of the advantages - tidy rooms; they included a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets. Location: the venue was next to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping.
Well, Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Everything was always clean and the location couldn't have been better! The TV in our room was not working when we arrived but they replaced it right away. The little refrigerator in the room was also very handy. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch outside and it was also nice to have a great restaurant (Union Park) in the same building.
Wi-Fi works great in the lobby but is sometimes on and off in the rooms, especially when a lot of people in the hotel tries to connect to it at the same time.

Decor was nice and attractive. The location was it's best quality.
Lack of an elevator. This is a real issue for elderly and disabled. The main desk is not staffed all the time. Could not find them when we had questions. Could not get the Wi-fi to work. Bed was too small. Lack of bathroom ammenities, (shampoo. Con. Etc.) Air conditioner made an annoying buzzing sound even when it was not turned down too much. The day staff were not very welcoming or professional. No morning coffee available in the rooms or lobby. The bed was not a true queen size. Uncomfortable mattress.

Location was close to town shopping and beach area which made it great to just park the car for the weekend and walk everywhere.
The room and facility was nice but a more comfortable bed and a bigger bathroom / shower would have made the stay more enjoyable.

we loved the charming historic vibe with rocking chairs on the big front porch, made for a lovely area to relax after exploring the nearby beaches and eateries, all just a short stroll away.
